Behaviour Archetypes in Negotiations and Their Arguments

What is your archetype

You’ll take our archetype assessment and identify your dominant negotiation style and how to use it when negotiating.

What is the archetype of your boss (and others in your field of negotiations)

You’ll learn how to “read the room” and map the personalities and styles of the key people in your negotiation field. Is your boss a Zeus who values control? An Apollo who wants structure? A Hermes who loves a quick win? You’ll learn what makes them say yes.

How to 'colour' your arguments to resonate with my boss

One-size-fits-all messaging doesn’t work. You’ll learn how to frame your arguments in a way that speaks directly to your boss’s archetype, whether that means showing results, appealing to loyalty, or tapping into vision.

When to ask

You’ll learn how to choose the right moment to make your ask, based on your company’s rhythms, your boss’s mindset, and your own momentum.

I'm Mira Vasic
